1) Site Development
2) System of Order
The 80 m by 100 m property is presently occupied by individual buildings which do not make an orderly impression. The goal of the plan is to display an ordering system which orders and develops the site over the period of the first construction phase, thus taking into account the still uncertain volume of future buildings.
The campus is surrounding by a wall as is typical for the locality. The buildings which are located at the midpoint of the longer side, representing the main entrance, are placed right up to the level of the wall, accentuating the entrance onto the campus. The axis across the entrances lead through a plaza with trees and a small isolated courtyard.
The main development of the site of the property will be executed using two 6 m paths with trees. From these 3 m wide paths fork off in irregular progression, if we allow for future buildings whose width is not yet defined.
The first phase of building consists in the abruption of small pieces of the existing buildings. The further development of the site will be concluded with the complete development of the property. The height of the buildings will be decided upon in space-utilization plans yet to be defined.
